May 26, 2023 – It was a dominating event in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin for Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport this past weekend. Taking on the 14-turn, 4.048-mile facility, the championship-winning program racked up five race wins and 14 podium results in one of the most dominant performances in recent years including a pair of trips to victory lane and five trips to the podium in the F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda.

“We are working well as a team off the track, and that is being proved by the results that we are seeing on track,” expressed Teena Larsen. “Running 12 drivers across two programs is not easy, but the benefits are paying off.”

Race one on the weekend saw two drivers on the podium and four in the top-ten as just over 30 F4 drivers took the green flag. Leading the team on the results sheet was Canadian Patrick Woods-Toth who scored his first win of the weekend ahead of Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport teammate Jesse Lacey in a one – two finish for the team. Titus Sherlock proved his speed throughout the weekend and that started in race one with a seventh-place result as Lewis Hodgson crossed the stripe in eighth, putting a quartet of Crosslink Kiwi drivers in the top-ten. Unfortunately, with drivers at the good end of the field, Alex Benavitz and Hannah Greenemeier failed to complete the full race distance and were classified 28th and 29th on the results sheet. With Greenemeier’s car too badly damaged after race one contact, she was forced to retire for the weekend.

The second wheel-to-wheel action of the weekend saw three Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport drivers in the top-five with Jesse Lacey leading the way with an impressive second-place finish. Battling for the point, the caution-filled affair allowed no opportunity to move forward as Lacey was forced to settle for the second step on the podium. Sherlock had his best result of the weekend climbing to fourth when the checkered flag flew, just ahead of weekend winner Woods-Toth in the fifth position. Alex Benavitz, and Lewis Hodgson finished 22nd and 26th respectively. Like Greenemeier in race one, Hodgson was unable to compete in race three and was forced to retire for the remainder of the weekend.

Woods-Toth closed the weekend where he started it. After taking the first race win at Road America, the young Canadian drove to the front is race three to add another victory to his growing open-wheel racing resume. Lacey put a pair of Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport drivers on the podium with a third-place finish, while Sherlock put three in the top-five crossing the line in fifth. Race three saw another trying affair for Benavitz, Hodgson, and Greenemeier as they continued to have no luck at all.

Larsen added, “While having drivers win and podium, we can’t celebrate too long as we know other teams in the paddock will be pushing hard to beat us at the next one. We look forward to more success next month at Mid-Ohio.”

Less than a month to the next wheel-to-wheel action, Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport will shift its focus to the June 22-25 event at the famed Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio.
