Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport Prepares for the Penultimate Race of the Season

August 28, 2024 – Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport is dominating the competition this year, leading in every single driver and team championship they are competing in. With the hopes to clinch at least a few of the titles in the penultimate FR Americas and F4 U.S. Championship event this weekend, they journey north of the border to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CTMP).

Fighting under the Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport banner in the FR Americas Championship will be current championship point leader Patrick Woods-Toth, accompanied by Jett Bowling, Nicole Havrda, Titus Sherlock, Landan Matriano Lim, and Ricco Shlaimoun. Kevin Janzen will also return to the FR Americas Championship with the Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport crew. Following them will be three F4 U.S. Championships drivers in Alex Crosbie, Barrett Wolfe, and current championship points leader Nicolas Stati. The JSF4 series will not be racing at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park this weekend but will pick back up at Circuit of The Americas in November.

“CTMP is a special place for my family and I,” expressed Teena Larsen. “This is my home track, and I have done many laps here. I even won a pair of Canadian championships back in the day and raced in the Canadian F2000 Championship. My Dad also raced here and won two races in his first Formula Ford. My Dad also competed in the Bulova Series in 1971 and 1972, so racing is our life, and we are excited to see our drivers take on the challenging track.”

With several drivers earning race wins and podium results throughout the 2024 season, the success comes from a culmination of hard work both on and off the track. With a team that works hard together to achieve goals, the continued results are something that has been sought after since the very first race of the season.

Gill Kaszuba added, “We have a huge amount of work that has to be done pre- and post-event, but we have divided that work and conquered all odds. Our program of our size is a huge undertaking, but the results make it all worthwhile in the long run.”

The weekend will kick off with a test day on Thursday, and lead into a single practice session on Friday for both series followed by back-to-back qualifying sessions and the first FR Americas race of the weekend. Saturday will start off with the first F4 U.S. Championship race of the weekend followed by the second round of races for both series. The weekend will wrap up on Sunday with one final race for both FR Americas and the F4 U.S. Championship.
