November 5, 2024 – Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport took on the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) this past weekend. Closing out the FR Americas Championship, the F4 U.S. Championship, and the Ligier JSF4 Series, the Texas-based program added two wins and six podium results to their resume on the 3.427-mile, 20-turn road course in Austin, Texas. 

Having already earned the FR Americas Championship with Patrick Woods-Toth, the Canadian skipped the final round, opening the door for others. Titus Sherlock earned the pole position in qualifying and followed that up with a win in race one before a sixth-place result in race two. Jett Bowling made it a one-two for Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport in qualifying and did the same in the first race, following Sherlock across the line. Cole Kleck made it an all-Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport podium in race one, finishing third. Nicole Havrda closed her season with a podium result, finishing third in race two after qualifying sixth and crossing the line seventh in race one. Landan Matriano Lim claimed a pair of top-ten results as Ricco Shlaimoun added a P9 result in race one. Masters driver Kevin Janzen had another steady event, crossing the line 12th and 13th in his two wheel-to-wheel races. 

In the F4 U.S. Championship finale, drivers were on track for three wheel-to-wheel races as Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport closed the season with one victory and two podium results in this class. Alex Crosbie led the way on the results sheet, scoring the race three win to go along with his fourth and fifth-place results in races one and two. Nicolas Stati turned his third-place qualifying effort into a podium result in race one, climbing to second, and closed his weekend with sixth and fifth-place results in races two and three. Barrett Wolfe and Seth Gilmore had steady weekends at COTA, with Wolfe crossing the line sixth, fourth, and seventh, with Gilmore finishing eighth, seventh, and sixth, marking an improvement in all three races. 

The Ligier JSF4 Series also concluded this past weekend at the Circuit of the Americas, with all four Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport drivers claiming top-ten results. Kekai Hauanio had disappointing first and third races but managed to reach the top-five in race two. Demetri Nolan improved in all three races after qualifying 15th by finishing 14th in race one, 12th in race two, and capped his season off with a P8 in race three. Takumi Numata had solid event, earning a trio of top-ten results in his debut weekend, finishing eighth, ninth, and fourth. It was a tough weekend for Brad Majman as he was taken out in the first race, which put him on the back foot for the rest of the weekend.

“It was a great year for Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport,” explained Teena Larsen. “We earned the Team Championship in all three divisions, swept the top four positions in the FR Americas Championship, earned countless race wins and podium results throughout the ranks, and continued to grow the sport. It was certainly a success, and it motivates us to be even better in 2025. I’m very grateful to the team, drivers, supporters, and all their families for being part of our racing family.”
