AVONDALE, La. (April 12, 2026) – Caleb Campbell had a perfect showing at NOLA Motorsports Park, completing the Formula 4 United States Championship (F4 U.S.) sweep with a Race 3 victory on Sunday afternoon. With three wins in three races, Campbell (No. 68 Steele Auto Group / Kiwi Motorsport Ligier JS F422) leaves the season opener with the points lead and his first-ever weekend sweep.

Notes of Interest:

• After sweeping the NOLA season opener, Caleb Campbell has tallied four wins in his F4 U.S. career. His first-career win came last year at Road America, where F4 U.S. will host its next round in just a few weeks.
• Zach Fourie finished second in Race 3 marking his third podium of the 2026 season. After making his F4 U.S. debut at Barber Motorsports Park, Fourie has finished on the podium in each of the last four races.
• Third-place finisher Gastón Irazú advanced to F4 U.S. this season with support from the Champion’s Scholarship. The program granted Irazú the lease of a Ligier JS F422 car and Ligier Storm engine from Ligier Automotive, as well as race tires from Hankook Motorsports and race entry fees from Racing America.
• Caleb Campbell leaves the Racing America at NOLA event as the championship points leader with a 21-point gap over second-place Zach Fourie.
• With three wins and his first weekend sweep, Caleb Campbell was awarded the Omologato One to Watch Award and recognized by the stewards for an outstanding performance this weekend. The award includes a bespoke Omologato timepiece.

Setting the fastest lap en route to his Race 2 win, Campbell started first for the final race. Quick all weekend, the Canadian almost immediately opened up a gap on the field. However, second-place starter Zach Fourie (No. 15 Kiwi Motorsport Ligier JS F422) wasn’t willing to give up, and continued to try to chase his teammate down. Cutting the gap to just 1.5 seconds by the halfway point, Fourie couldn’t maintain Campbell’s pace during the closing minutes. The No. 68 pulled away opening up a 4.121-second gap by the time the checkered flag waved. 

With Campbell and Fourie finishing 1-2 for the third time this weekend, Gastón Irazú (No. 27 Elia Group / Baly / Canal 4 / Ancap / Champagne Racing Ligier JS F422) climbed from his fifth-place starting position to take the checkered flag in third.
