With 10 years in the record books, there are a lot of interesting numbers to know when it comes to Formula 4 United States Championship (F4 U.S.). Here are just a few of them:

178. The number of total races to date contested by F4 U.S., with most seasons averaging 17-18 races per year.

14. The number of different tracks where F4 U.S. has competed since its inception in 2016. Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course has been the most-visited circuit, hosting F4 U.S. a total of 12 times.

261. The number of different drivers that have competed in F4 U.S. Championship throughout the series history.

30. The number of different countries represented by F4 U.S. drivers. Racers have traveled from around the world to begin their open-wheel careers on the best tracks in North America. Spanning from Argentina and South Africa to Japan and New Zealand, six of the seven continents have been represented by our racers.

10. The number of different driver champions in F4 U.S.’s 10-year history. Past championship-winning drivers have included: Cameron Das (2016), Kyle Kirkwood (2017), Dakota Dickerson (2018), Joshua Car (2019), Hunter Yeany(2020), Noel León (2021), Lochie Hughes (2022), Patrick Woods-Toth (2023), Daniel Quimby (2024) and Cooper Shipman (2025).

6. The record for Team Championships won by one organization, which is held by Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport after six titles (2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, 2024). With Crosslink and Kiwi going head to head for the 2025 season, Kiwi Motorsport went on to win their first solo title that year. Other organizations to win Team Championship titles include: JDX Racing (2016), Cape Motorsports (2017) and Velocity Racing Development (2021).

54. The number of different winners in the 10 years of F4 U.S. history.

10. The most wins by a driver in F4 U.S. history. With one victory in 2016 and nine additional wins in 2017, Kyle Kirkwood currently holds the record.

9. The record for the most consecutive wins in F4 U.S. history. Cooper Shipman had a season to remember in 2025. First taking the top stop at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, the Texan could not be beat, as he swept weekends at Mid-Ohio, New Jersey Motorsports Park, Canadian Tire Motorsport Park and VIRginia International Raceway. Shipman locked in the championship title early and graduated to Formula Regional Americas Championship for the final race of the season.

12. The record for the most starts from the pole position. Between topping the charts in qualifying and setting the fastest lap of the race, Jose Blanco has started more races from the pole position than any other driver. Taking his first pole in 2018 at Pittsburgh International Race Complex, he returned to F4 U.S. in 2019 to start out front for five more races, and again in 2020 to lock in another five first-place starts.

F4 U.S. continues its 10th anniversary season next week at New Jersey Motorsports Park (NJMP).
