SANTIAGO / MILLVILLE / NEW JERSEY / United States / July 30, 2026 – Driving for Kiwi Motorsport—one of the top teams in the Formula 4 United States Championship (F4 U.S.)—young driver Clemente Huerta returns to the track at New Jersey Motorsports Park this weekend. He will compete in the three scheduled races on the 3,600-meter circuit.

Excited to return to the New Zealand-American F4 team, the 17-year-old Chilean aims to contend for podium finishes in all three scheduled races. It won't be easy for the high school senior, as the competition is incredibly tight among young drivers dreaming of reaching IndyCar, European Formula 2, or F1.

Huerta will share the garage with three other top-tier teammates, including the current championship leader, Canadian Caleb Campbell; South African Zach Fourier (3rd); and Ayden Kohut (7th). Huerta previously raced for the team during the 2025 season—finishing an impressive fourth in the overall standings—and returns with the intention of immediately fighting for the top spots. He currently sits fifth in the overall standings.

"We’ll see how the car performs over the weekend, but obviously our goal is to repeat the podium finishes we achieved with Kiwi last year. The idea is to solidify the pace we’ve had all year—which hasn't been fully reflected in the results due to the issues we faced. We have the championship leader and the third-place driver on the team, which will be a real challenge. That will help me maintain my pace," noted Clemente Huerta. Meanwhile, Team Kiwi Motorsport owner Teena Larsen looks forward to Clemente’s return to the team for the three races taking place at New Jersey Motorsports Park: “It is a pleasure to welcome Clemente back to the team. We are eager to see what he can achieve this weekend.”

The action begins this Friday, the 31st, with testing and practice sessions. Qualifying takes place on Saturday, August 1 at 12:00 PM (Chilean time). The first of the three scheduled races will be held that afternoon at 4:55 PM, while the weekend concludes on Sunday with a doubleheader featuring Races 2 and 3 at 12:00 PM and 4:10 PM, respectively.
